THERE HAS BEEN ALOT GOING ON...............

this last couple of weeks. I just can't really remember what.

Since Em graduated. We have gone down to B & C's to help in the garden. Friends of ours asked us if we wanted to do a community garden with them. I jumped at the opportunity. I really should go and get some pictures it looks really good. I have run arond like a fool preparing for
Emily's birthday, then enjoying the evening with her and her friends. We bought a 2001 ford F150 this weekend. It is really nice. It is Forest Green, a 4X4, super cab, probably top of the line pickup with only 36,000 miles on it. WOW! It is really fun to drive. We also purchased a 4 year extended warranty on it. My Trooper was a good car except that we had it in 3 times for transmission problems in 2 1/2 years and the extended Warr expired. We can't have that!
It costs to darn much for repairs without a warranty. I am now trying to get my insurance lady to get things done. She is a darling person. Just kinda slow.

PICS FROM EM'S GRADUATION...........................

EMILY GRADUATED........................................................

from High School on June 3, 2006. We were beginning to wonder if this day would actually happen. She had a real struggle getting there. The days started off kinda weird. Shane ended up having to work the day. I was so mad at the other guy that was supposed to take it that I wanted to rip his head off.

Then that morning my wonderful friend Carolyn called and offered to have the family BBQ at her house. I was so relieved that I just cried. Mom and dad got here around noon and mom helped me get the things together that I needed to prepare for the dinner. Carolyn provided everything else. Matthew was here with his girl friend Michele, she helped Emily with her hair and Matthew and Michele helped Em pick out something to wear. She looked so cute that afternoon. The graduation started at 3:00PM and was over with by 5:30PM. I was amazed! They told the speakers no more than 3 to 5 minutes each, so that kept it short and sweet.

At the BBQ we had
Emily and Kat, our 2 graduates
Brian and Becca
Braden,
Karla,
Gina and Steve,
Grandma and Grandpa R,
Shane and I,
Phillip and Britt,
Matthew and Michele,
Carolyn and Bruce,
Josh and Laura,
Monte,
Noel, Melanie, and Mackenzie

Quite a crowd. Em and all the graduates had an all night party at the SUB on the BSU campus that night. It sounds as if they all had a really good time. I am just glad to have it all over with.
