MOM'S DAY 2006..................
I got spoiled this year. My #2 son and his girl bought me a really cute ring. My sweetheart and my daughter bought me a bracelet, a watch, and an oil burner (essential oils). The fragerance that they got to go with it is an awesome citrus. WoW! It smells good.
My darling daughter had to talk in Sacrament meeting today. She gave such a great talk. Practically the whole ward commented on it to me. I am now helping Shane teach his primary class. A bunch of wild 11 year olds. Yikes. I am not sure how long I will last doing this. They are just to much. They are amazingly smart, They know their scriptures, but what a NOISY bunch. It is just to much confusion for me.

I TOLD YOU...............
In my last post that I would fill you in on Em's Prom.
We spent Thursday, Friday and Saturday at the beauty school getting nails, hair color and hair do done. Thursday was nails. I had mine done also. I ended up having a reaction to the chemicals in the gel nails. The skin on my fingers dried out and split. My nails however were beautiful. Em's nails didn't turn out as good as she had hoped. The girl that did her nails was a really new student. This was only her second set of nails.
Friday we went back in and had Emily's hair colored. It turned out really dark! Almost black! She was so upset when all was said and done but, she actually accepted it with the grace of and an adult and realized that she would just have to work with it. She made up her mind that noting would ruin the weekend. The biggest problem was that the hair color made her skin look washed out. She just knew that she would have to work with makeup to make herself have a little more color.
Saturday we went in and had the up do done. When all was said and done she was amazing! a picture is worth a thousand words.
